1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a B2B wholesale account or placing an order on blankletics.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Accounts and Minimums

blankletics is a B2B wholesale supplier of athletic and performance blanks. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) on stock blank apparel is 1 unit. Custom sublimated or decorated team orders are subject to dynamic contract minimums.

3. Order Cancellations and Art Proofs

For custom team uniforms, production begins only after visual artwork proofs are explicitly approved by the customer. Once proofs are approved, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled through arbitration at the ADR Institute of Canada in Toronto.
