This policy explains how personal information is used when you browse blankletics.ca, place an order, create an account or contact Blankletics.

Shopping and account information

During checkout, we collect the details needed to process your order, including your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, products, quantities and order notes. We use this information for order processing, shipping, customer support and returns. Checkout also uses payment services to process payment information.

If you choose to create an account, the store keeps your account details and associated order history. You can review your orders and update your account information through Your account. An account is optional; guest checkout is available.

Support requests

When you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. For order or return enquiries, provide your order number and the relevant product details. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details by email.

Cookies and technical information

The store uses cookies and similar browser storage to maintain your cart, sign-in session and shopping preferences. Hosting, security and payment services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to operate and protect the store.

WooCommerce order attribution is enabled. It uses session cookies to record information such as the page or campaign that brought you to the store and pages viewed during the visit. When an order is placed, that attribution information can be stored with the order.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies needed for the cart or account may prevent those features from working correctly.

Service providers and access

The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce on Hostinger hosting. Stripe payment tools are integrated with checkout. Information needed to fulfil an order may also be shared with the relevant apparel supplier and delivery service. Store administrators and staff with appropriate access can view information needed to manage orders, accounts and customer support.

Your information and requests

We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for order administration, accounting, security or legal obligations.
